Meet Steven
Dr Steven Saunders - definitely not your normal psychologist!
Steven calls himself a "simple lad", the son of a farmer. He was the first student to begin and complete a D.Phil in Behavioral Psychology from the University of Waikato.
Steven is a director of two businesses, Steven Saunders & Associates Ltd and Credit Union North. Steven's talks and training sessions have been extremely well received by his audiences across many disciplines.
Steven started his private business as a consulting psychologist in 1978 and began working with businesses in 1982. He provides a range of services, which include:
- Speaking at conferences or conventions
- Master of Ceremony duties
- Facilitating management and/or sales training programmes
- Providing unique workshops on stress management, change management, how to deal with difficult, demanding and prickly personalities, teamwork, personality assessment and presentation skills
- Staff Recruitment for senior roles
- Developing in-house staff training tools and programmes
- Development of online training CDs and workbooks.
Steven's versatility means that he is able to bring his messages to educationalists, industry groups, accountants, retail service organisations, primary producers and professional organisations such as Rotary International.
